I am Loved

When I confess my sin, God promises to forgive me. I can count on Him to do this! (1 John 1:9; Psalm 32:1-6 / 103)
I am Healed
God heals my broken heart and binds up my wounds, inside and out. (Psalm 40:1-3; Isaiah 61 / 50:4 / 55:11)
I am Hopeful
I believe that God is able to do what He has promised. God hears and answers my prayers. (Romans 4:17, 20-21; Romans 8:24; Hebrews 11:1; Isaiah 46:4, 11)
I am Unique
I am created special, a one-of-a-kind original. My life matters to God. He knows everything about me. He keeps track of how I’m doing. (Psalm 139)
I have Purpose and Direction
I trust God. He’s got the absolute BEST plan for my future! (Jeremiah 29:11; Romans 8:28)
I am Content
I know what it is like to be in need and to have plenty. I choose to be content no matter the circumstances. (Philippians 4:12)
I have a Sound Mind
I do not base my decisions on emotion. I have power to make sound choices. I choose to do what’s right despite how I feel. (2 Timothy 1:7; Romans 12:2)
I have Peace
God knows my needs. I do not worry because I know God has everything under control. (Matthew 6:25-34; Philippians 4:6-7)
I am Capable
I can do everything I need to do with God’s help. (Philippians 4:13; Isaiah 40:30-31)
I will Overcome
No obstacle will hinder me. I will not be defeated. God guarantees my ultimate success! (Deuteronomy 28:7; John 16:33; Psalm 32:7)
I am Resilient
Even when trouble surrounds me, I am not overwhelmed. (2 Corinthians 4:7-9, 16-18; Genesis 50:20)
I am Kind
I look for ways to build people up, not tear them down. (Proverbs 15:1; Ephesians 4:29; 1 Corinthians 13:4-7)
I am Focused
I do not dwell on the past. I move forward one step at a time. I stay focused on my end goal. (Philippians 3:13-14; 1 Corinthians 15:58)
I am Chosen
I belong to God. He has created me for a specific purpose. (John 15:16)
I am Responsible
I budget my money wisely and don’t overspend beyond what I can afford. I always give to God first. (Malachi 3:7,10; Haggai 1:4-6, 9; Luke 14:28)
I am Honest
I am honest with God, others and myself. I do not hide or pretend. (Psalm 32:2-5; Hebrews 4:12-13; Luke 8:17)
I Finish My Work
I finish what I start. I do not neglect my present obligations or add more to my “to do” list than I can complete. (2 Corinthians 8:11-12; Colossians 3:23)
I am Sensible
I am prudent. If I see danger ahead, I take precautions. I consider the consequences before making a decision — or taking on new projects. (Proverbs 19:2 / 22:3)
I am Humble
I will not stay angry or hold a grudge. I am not easily offended. I forgive others readily just like I want to be forgiven. (Ephesians 4:26-27; Psalm 4:4; Philippians 2:3; Matthew 7:1-5)
I am Resourceful
I use the talents and resources God has given me. I make the most of every opportunity. (Ephesians 5:15-17; Deuteronomy 8:18)
I am Productive
God helps me to work effectively — producing positive results with lasting impact. (Psalm 1:3; 1 John 5:14-15; 1 Timothy 6:17-19)
I have Self-Control
I recognize that not ALL things are good for me — and I only want what is best. I refuse to be controlled by emotion or impulse. (1 Corinthians 6:12 / 10:13; James 4:1-3)
I am Teachable
God instructs me. I listen to Him because I want to learn. (Isaiah 48:17; Exodus 4:12)
I am Diligent and Persistent
I keep doing what I know I need to do. I do not quit or give up. God values my commitment. (1 Corinthians 15:58; Galatians 6:9)
I am Generous
I am a cheerful and generous giver. I give good gifts that please God. I will reap a return on my investment in others. (Luke 6:38; 2 Corinthians 9:6-8; Proverbs 3:27-28)
I am Wise
I ask for wisdom and God gives it to me. He shows me how to make right choices and keeps me from making wrong ones. (James 1:5; Proverbs 3:5-6)
I am Disciplined
My hard work pays off! I get positive results that benefit me — both now and later. (Hebrews 12:11; Deuteronomy 30:11)
I am Strong and Courageous
I am not afraid because I know God is with me. When I feel weak, He fights for me. (Joshua 1:9; Isaiah 41:13; Exodus 14:13-15)
I am Treasured
I am precious to God. He treasures me. I am valuable to Him. (1 Corinthians 2:9; Romans 8:38-39)
